Lightweight project tracking from kickoff to closure
One project breaks down into multiple tasks. Each task tracks its own owner, dates, and progress. The project board shows the full task status view.
Mark key checkpoints as milestones (prototype review, beta, launch). Project progress is presented by milestone cadence.
Tasks past their due date are flagged in red. The overdue project list refreshes in real time so managers can see risk at a glance.
Aggregate task counts and workload by owner. Who is overloaded, who has bandwidth, who is repeatedly late — visible to managers at a glance.
KPIs aggregated by project type, status, and owner. Active, closed, and overdue projects are grouped for quick scanning.
Projects can link to customers (delivery projects) and assets (IT projects). The customer detail page shows the related project history.
